Beatrice Salvetti
I am a clinical psychologist and a cognitive-behavioural therapist. My education includes a PhD in the field of neuroscience. I combine my passion for psychology and helping others with a special focus on continuously updating myself from a scientific perspective. People often find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, stuck in negative thinking patterns that are affecting their daily life. In my clinical practice, I use a cognitive behavioural approach to help people to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental environment. The aim is to work together to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that may contribute to difficulties in the work environment, relationships and overall well-being. The issues I deal with mainly concern anxiety disorders and panic attacks, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress management, and relational and self-esteem problems. My approach involves a collaborative and structured process that includes goal-setting, tracking progress, homework assignments, and the use of evidence-based techniques and interventions.
Tofade Omolara Tolulope
My name is Dr. Omolara Tolulope Tofade, and I work as a private psychologist in Veneto (Italy). I’m currently attending a four-year Psychotherapy program in Transactional Analysis, after which I’ll become a licensed psychotherapist. In my working practice, I mainly treat anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and stress related mental diseases. I’ve always had a particular interest for trauma and I’ve been able to work with families and adolescents of the military force both as a Case manager and clinician. For my internships, I had the opportunity to work in a family clinic, and also in an addiction and personality disorder clinic, where I was able to be the moderator of groups on drugs addiction and women groups on anxiety and depression. Due to my studies, the method I use in therapy gains its strength from a combined perspective, viewing the person as a whole, taking into account the reason why he/she may experience emotional and psychological distress, examining his/her family background, and the possible strategies he/she may have used in his life to adapt to the environment. Moreover, I tend to apply tecniques that are based on empirical evidence, merging together different approaches for the wellbeing of the person, structuring the treatment according to the possible improvement.
